I want to start off by saying I been coming here for years . I waited in the waiting room a little over 4 weeks ago for almost 30 min and smelled marijuana on the cashier when I paid . I then asked after waiting for so long how much longer and the girl said shouldn’t be much longer which took about 15 more minutes . Well there were two girls just talking up front doing nothing when there was 6plus cars waiting . Well standing looking through the windows  and looking around I then seen the cashier take a big amount of money from the register and put it in her pocket. So I then immediately asked for a manager and she insisted he was out of town so I asked for his number and she wouldn’t call him nor give me his number . I then asked the girl that i seen stealing what was her name and she said Katie Ever since then I still have not received no phone call and my wife still goes there and has recently been asking for the owner but he’s never there when we take our vehicles. The outcome of my vehicles are great but i will not be back nor my wife after 3 yrs of coming.

I took my SUV there for the Super Wax and Shine, $89.99.  When I got home, I noticed that the  sticky stuff (where the dealer sticker came off) was still sticky.  So, that means they washed and waxed over it.  Then, the more I used my car, I kept noticing little things.  The interior of my back window was still dirty,  and I can see the line on the front window where they must not have been able to reach, because it was still dirty.  Parts of the interior were still dirty.  At first, I was going to just clean the problem areas by myself, but I decided to e-mail them through their web site and let them know  that I wasn't too happy.  This was over a week ago, and my phone number and e-mail address were on the message I sent them, and I haven't heard back from them.  I wasn't happy with the service I got, or their lack of response when I had a problem.  I  will find somewhere else to get my car cleaned, and will NOT recommend them to anyone else

The staff were pleasant, and the car washes were good at times depending on who was working on the car. After being a member there for over 2 years,  I heard an employee making rude remarks about my grand Cherokee because of the auto parking mechanism on the car. Yes, it’s an annoying feature that i was made aware of, and offered to ride down with the car during the wash so one of the empoyees didn’t have to. Anyway, he proceeded to tell his co worker that he would use his next check to purchase a Jeep, and cause an accident due to the auto park feature and would depreciate the value of the car. I found that to be offensive, you shouldn’t make your customers feel uncomfortable while they’re waiting for their car to be washed. I tried contacting the owner several times, and he was never around. It resorted in having to call my bank and cancel future charges from this car wash.
