Gets One Star so I can post. (It's really a -1, tho'.) Who are these idiots? I call local 813# at 7:45 PM and a guy answrs hello like I'm calling his house. I ask if this is Valrico Taxi. He says "Yeah." I said, "Because it sounds like I'm calling someone's home." He says, "Because we're closed," and hangs up. I check my redial button... I dialed correctly. But I dial the toll free# next and I get a fast busy (out of order) signal. I try 813# again because (who knows?) maybe I misread the redial display which is now lost to the toll free#, so I turn the lamp up for more light and predial. Same guy answers. I say, "I'm calling to get a cab in the morning for a doctor's appointment. Your website says you're open 24 hours, but are you now just open in the daytime or when you say 'We're closed' do you mean you're out of business?" Guy slurs something about they no drivers and then they have some driver's like they scaled back operations and that the cab # is tranferred to his home #. Guy says, "When do you need cab?" I said, "9 AM." A-hole hangs up again. Flip these guys.
