Limited selection of conventional U.S. store brands. Good selection of brands from Mexico. Prices of specials can be worth a visit but other prices not exceptionally low. There are newer, better choices of grocery stores nearby now. This store is stuck between discount grocers with fewer items and conventional chains like Ralphs, Vons or Albertsons with greater selection. Parking is free. Experience at check out is mixed, visit to visit.

Low price, but it lets you feel more like in Mexico. Sometimes they sell deteriorating octopus. It's rapped tight in a package so that I couldn't smell before I got home. The workers are rude. Two weeks ago I tried to pay a $3.32 purchase with coins but was refused. We finally came to a compromise that I pay 32 cents in coins plus three one dollar bills. A week later I bought 4.69 food, I paid a $5 bill and 69 cents (1 quarter, 2 dimes, and then pennies), asking one dollar back. The Cashier took the $5 bill and gave me 31 cents change, ignoring the 69 cents, saying she's busy. I then had to collect back 100 cents from the counter. I went to the manager (or supervisor, a tall man) to complain, but he's worse. He didn't even wait until I finish my story before scolding me back:" You pay all the purchase in pennies. Who has time to count it?!" He later offered a better solution:" It's not that bad. Next time you come to me if you pay coins." Man, I am a special trouble to them.

I have no intention to go there any more.

Nice helpfull people .. I always find what I need with a very reasonable price clean and trustable ...the new arrangement including the added bakery  is an evidence that they care about there customers

seems to be getting better everyday  outstanding weekly specials
