Thieves... Tried selling a 500 dollar computer and they were offering 60$. Never go here, female workers very judgemental when a 23 year old tries to sell anything and males are always trying to get the better deal of the bargain. Go online or ebay, worth the wait instead of pocket change. Btw the manage is very rude and doesnt know proper human etiquette, when i said i wasnt interested in selling for such a low price he just turned around and walked away. Karma will take care you thieves .

I called them to ask a very general question about their policy on CDs and the individual who answered (Gerardo, I believe) was very nice. Although they would not be able to take my items, he gave me some suggestions on how to sell them.

The worst experience ever they sell use items I udersatnd that is a pawn shop but they are there buying stuff that are supposed to work so they could resell it in working conditions you put your trust in this profesional business I bought a watch "that is supposed to be working" for a mother day gift you could imagine what happen when I ask if she like the gift when I go back to return it yes I got a credit back but what do I do with the embarrassment of the best mothers day ever

They truly give you top dollar for your stuff. They don't undercut like a lot of other places. I highly recommend! Staff has always been friendly too
