I could not believe how rude the guy in the ponytail was. Unbelievable, so unprofessional, plain ignorant the way he was talking/ near yelling at me. I wish I could give no stars because that jerk deserves it.  If a customer doesn't understand the pricing on your stickers you explain it to them. Not talk to them like they are a freaking idiot. It literally made me sick the way he talked to me. I straight up had to walk away, I didn't even want to look at the items anymore. I don't know the employees name but he had a beer belly and greasy slicked back long dark hair in a ponytail (BARF). Value pawn should really have some higher standards.

This location is much better than Deland. So far the people here seem to be respectful towards their customers.

Managers stay in the office, you will only wait an hour cause noone is behind the counter but the one or two pawnbrokers. By the time you get help and you ask for what you need , the manager's just come by with a code without saying a word to you. You get treated better and get more money for your gold at the value pawn in sanford  .im done getting a loan there, i will pick up and go else where.

If I could give this piece of crap place 0 stars I would!! Literally told them exactly what I had,  how used it was, though it was in great condition still, and that I would have to drive from 2 cities away to go there so I wanted to be sure it wouldn't be for nothing. They offered me $40 and then when I got there only wanted to give me $10.. which barely paid the gas for my trip there and back.. And they knew this from the get go... straight PENDEJOS!!! HOPE THIS PLACE BURNS TO THE GROUND!!
