I believe this facility is the same as Almacen Storage.  I had a terrible and frustrating experience with the operators of this facility.  Often they would deny that my payment had been received, and demand a 2nd check plus late fee even though the 1st check had been deposited by them & had posted to my account.  And, on numerous occasions, the keycode I had been given would not work and I was locked out of the facility.  I would have to track them down & get some sort of temporary keycode to gain entrance.  Just outrageously incompetent.  I recommend that no one do business with this facility.  I would give it minus 5 stars if I could.  I finally rented a new storage unit elsewhere, hired a crew & a truck & moved all of my belongings.  Major hassle & expensive.
