Store represents the area of North Randall and Warrensville Heights, SAD

Update. Thank you so much for  the response. Ironically, due to how bad your Northfield location was, I have shopped at the Lakewood location. It is like night and day. The store is nicer, the employees are nicer, the selection is better and thanks to excellent service by the #26 bus line it is much easier to get to as well. (I live closer to Northfield, but the bus service is bad).  It is nice changes have been made at your Northfield location, but I'll continue to shop at Lakewood.  Thank you.

Better than your typical thrift shop at least with regards to the clothing. Helpful & friendly staff as well.
