So, i gave them one star because i am very meticulous when it comes to my cars. I rarely let anyone else touch my car but i thought i would just take it in and get an oil change. Well, the staff was nice. However, after all was done the tech let me know that he didn't remove the inspection cover to remove the oil filter but he rinsed off as much oil as he could with a water hose. My car is a 2013 mustang that has only 5000 miles on it. It was completely spotless and cared for like you couldn't believe. Now i have oil on the underside from him being to lazy to remove that cover. Then tried to talk to me like i don't know any better. His exact words where, its just to much work to go through to change the oil filter. I have been a mechanic for years and i do know better. Now i have to clean the bottom of my car.  I spent big bucks for the best synthetic oil Valvoline offers and i was not happy with what happened. If you don't want to change oil properly then don't work at Valvoline.  I feel that like i finally was going to let someones else change my oil besides me and i got let down. I will not return..

Facility is very clean considering the type of business. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly without up selling unnecessary services.

The head technician was unbelievably rude and condescending to me and the guy in the other stall next to me during my most recent visit. Previous personnel were always kind and competent.
