I have had four phone calls with this group....each time with my blood pressure soaring! First, they called to confirm the order. Then, I have gotten one confirmation of having ordered over 400 items when in fact I ordered 1 item that was 400 sq. Inches. I called and was assured that it was one item.....then today, a shipment confirmation for 810 pounds....now, one piece of leather does not weigh 810pounds....another phone call. Assured of my billing costs related to one item. Can’t wait to see what arrives. Should have read the comments here before I ordered. i’ll never make that mistake again.

I was so excited to see the exact pull I was looking for. Needed these to match what I currently have. I regret now not looking at their reviews! I did not receive the handles I ordered so I called only to be told the handles were discontinued but not to worry because they would credit my account. Not to worry, are kidding me. I stopped looking for these handles that they STILL have on their web site and the cabinets I need them for are being installed next week. REALLY!!!! Don't worry easy for you to say. They just don't care. Shop somewhere else.

I am saddened to read these negative reviews as I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this company for the past few years. I am building a new "old" home and Van Dykes has been one of my go to sources. I say thank you and your company and services are much appreciated.

TERRIBLE experience. I ordered a Library Rolling Ladder Kit total cost $1,370 When it arrived it was missing 2 x Rung Supports - which were extras that I paid for. 8 x Screws for the ladder were missing And the bracelets I ordered seem not to work with the ladder rolling kit i ordered. This i guess is my fault however it would be great if on the website it said in RED ‘ONLY WORKS WITH XXX’ As now i’ve had to get my contractor to remove the bracelets and re-finish my furniture. I emailed on Sunday hoping that the problem would be addressed on Monday morning. Tuesday came and i called at 9am and was put on hold and told the system was down and nothing on Tuesday was achieved. In fact at 1 point i was told they should have an answer about missing parts with in 48hrs…. Christ were in 2017 !!!! Now its Wednesday and still nothing is solved. I’m currently on hold speaking with a young man who has put me on hold for the past 11 minutes and has told me ‘Lunch is just 30 minutes and someone higher up should be back and can call me later’ What terrible service I'm telling contractor i know to not use these guys
