I had a great first experience with Van Meter. Having not been in Wenonah very long, I went there to have a tire repaired based on several good recommendations from long-time customers, proximity, and the time I had available to get somewhere on a flat. My whole experience took less than 15 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. Mr. Van Meter came out and introduced himself which was very nice of him to do. I will absolutely go back with any car trouble I have. Thanks to everyone who was so courteous and professional.

Excellent 1st time experience. From the initial contact with office person Jeanine to the extremely knowledgeable, professional and dedicated staff who delivered the final product in a timely manner at a fair price point. Would highly recommend anyone that needs auto service check VanMeters first. Thanks again for a job well done.

What an awesome experience! Super friendly and very helpful. Explained the problem and solutions clearly and provides solid advice. My new favorite mechanic for sure!

1500$ for a 7$ fuse?!?!? For 10 seconds, my car battery was hooked up backwards. After talking to many mechanics, I decided to have it towed to vans. They called me and said it would be $1500 for a new ECU or computer. After calling another mechanic, they said to have vans try to replace a fuse which was the problem. Vans said they wouldn’t do that because they knew conputer the problem. They said they were able to start it a certain way by bypassing ground which told them it was conputer. I asked vans to start it again like they said they were able to do so I could drive it home, they refused. Instead of helping me they charged me 110 and I had to pay 175 for towing. So I towed to it another shop. The next day the new shop called and said they replaced a 7 dollar fuse and my car is as good as new. Vans auto was rude, unwilling to help me and attempted to scam me for thousands of dollars. Their 110$ diagnosis was wrong.
