When I met with Timothy Nies for my first consult, he was very attentive to all the details of my case and what it was that I was looking for. He offered sound advice and his expert opinion on the direction I should take and what my best move was from the very beginning, without even knowing if I was going to retain him or not. 

Once he was retained, I found that he was very knowledgeable about the opposing councils legal representation, which allowed us to have the upper hand with negotiations. I felt that his knowledge in that area greatly benefited the outcome of the case, we were always 2 steps ahead of them because he was able to predict their next move just by being skilled and knowledgeable with their style.

My ex-husband was a pushy and forceful person, Tim Nies did not allow that type of behavior or communication towards me and put an end to his tormenting and harassment by vigilantly communicating back and forth with his attorney. Tim Nies will fight for you and your rights, and he wont stop until it's done.

The final resolution was in my favor, we went from dealing with an un-cooperative ex to signing a settlement agreement within 3 months without mediation. Tim was always conscious of the finance part of legal representation and would always warn me or offer me an alternative way of doing something to save on costs without sacrificing service or jeopardizing the outcome. 

Overall, I was more than pleased with his services in the most difficult part of my life, he kept me at ease and I truly felt that I was in the right hands.

Mr. Van Riper went above and beyond for my daughter when she was wrongfully charged and he made sure that all of her charges were completely dropped.  I would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for a great attorney who actually cares about you personally and will fight to win your case. I am so glad I retained Tim Nies to represent me in my DBA injury case. He did not let the insurance company get the upper hand. He knows how to fight the insurance company, does not let the insurance company bully his clients and never gives up. He knows injury law and knows DBA law and uses that knowledge and skill as an injury attorney to maximize settlements like mine. I am a USMC veteran and Tim is an Army Ranger Veteran.  He exhibits the demeanor and work ethic of a veteran and a fighter.  My case was more complex than the average injury case and that made Tim fight harder.  Tim is a soldier and a lawyer and he displays the personal internal fortitude to take care of his clients and leaves no man behind.

I needed a lawyer and did my research and found Christian Van Riper. (He had impressive reviews)
We discussed the problem as you normaly would with an attorney,and un like the other attorneys i spoke with he wasnt like heres the bottom line.... $$$ within a few minutes. And every thing he said he would do he did.
To make a long story short it was worth it, he was the right man for the job. Case got dissmissed.
