The sales experience was excellent, the sales rep and store manager were very knowledgeable about the product options, features and pricing and they were willing to negotiate. The only problem we ran into was with the appliance installation. We purchased an entire suite of kitchen appliances as part of a total remodel. We were told the contractor should be installing the appliances when in fact that was not the case. This went back and forth a bit and in the end VanVreede's did install the appliances (except for the range hood which they would not do) but this caused about a one week delay in our remodel to get on their installation schedule. Love the products ... Love our new kitchen! I get many compliments on our appliances. Sandy Green Bay, WI

This was our first time in the store. We wee greeted promptly and taken the area of the appliance we were looking for. Made our decision and the item was in stock. Paid and drove back to the loading dock. They loaded it in my car and off we went. Couldn't ask for anything better. Will definitely come back here!

Scott helped with our appliance purchase before we moved to Green Bay WI from FL. He assured us the appliances we chose would be installed the day after closing on our new home and they were! Scott kept us up to date because what we ordered had to be special ordered. Delivery was exceptional and everything was perfect! Thank you Scott, delivery and Van Vreede's!!

We built a house with Detrie, Inc. and Van Vreede's is one of their preferred vendors. We worked with Zach who sold us on Kitchen Aid products. The appliance crew came and installed our appliances at the end of May 2017. Since moving in, the fridge we received has had to have four service calls. We are in the process of placing another service call because now it makes a very loud buzzing noise; so loud you can hear it in the upstairs bedrooms with the doors shut. Recently, every time we turn on our kitchen aid oven, the oven would make a big popping sound the breaker would switch off. So we called the electrician that works with Detrie to come out to look at it and he said that the appliance crew who installed the oven, didn't do it right and we had a loose connection. Other issues we have is that our exposed range hood is installed crooked. Long story short, we will not be getting any more appliance from this place. I think Zach did a great job, but the people who come to install the appliance are not great. They don't care about scratching up floors or dinging your new cabinets or installing appliances correctly. Very disappointed since this not only a new house with new appliances, but all the money we spent.

We have been going to Van Vreede's for years for many items. We recommend it to anyone who asks about a good place to go for appliances. We don't buy the other items this store sells or not much elsewhere either, so can't rate them. Appliances are great.
