Patty Adams in Medical Records is absolutely outstanding and provides the highest level of service imaginable.  A family member is dealing with a potentially genetic form of cancer and we needed medical records relating to the death my of wife's grandfather from the 1950's.  Patty worked until she was able to find the needed documents on microfilm and retrieved all the information for us.  Van Wert County Hospital is truly blessed to have such a dedicated, patient focused, colleague.

I've never had such an inexperienced group of so called "doctors" before in my life. Van Wert county hospital is staffed by a bunch of mental patients in scrubs. They clearly all need to take some refresher courses in both medicine, and bed side manner. Rude, uneducated, greedy, and unprofessional in every sense. 

My advice to everyone in Van Wert is to never get sick enough to need to go to that joke of a hospital. All you get is ignored, talked down to, treated like a drug addict no matter why you came there, then kicked out as soon as they realize they can't milk your insurance anymore. Truly a horrible place all around.
