Spoke with Hank the owner over the phone and he was so professional and knowledgeable about the particular Clark forklift i was inquiring about. He said hes been working on forklifts for over 45 years and I believe it. He went the extra mile in trying to help me identify parts and even sent me pictures of the parts he had so i could match them up. Businesses like this that practice the old ways of going the extra mile for people that need their help are far and few these days. Hank my hats off to you sir and i may just stop in next time i'm near Ellensburg just to meet you and thank you in person. Hats off to you sir.
