Nursing staff lost our mother. We found her at a hospital in Nashville. We had a bad feeling about her being at Vanco to begin with. Nursing and front desk staff are very rude, leave patients unattended, do not do what they say they will, and  etc. If you care about your loved one then don’t use Vanco as they just might lose them too.

My momma was here long term and we had a pleasant experience. She passed away recently and we miss her terribly.  But I know we could not have chosen a better place. If we could go back in time we would make the same decision. Thank you Vanco staff for your kindness. Should have wrote this sooner. She loved you guys.

Not a good experience,take your loved one elsewhere, was messed up from day1,We was there 2-3 months, pills left on table not taken for several hours (they are suppose to make sure she takes them)we left @3.30 on a Friday afternoon & they didn't even give her 5pm medicine that left us scrambling to get some,we called Dr.Paul Yim,hoping to get some samples or a prescription to get us through the weekend,he refuse unless we brought her in ( we had just checked out) no one seems to be connected there,the nurses were mostly nice but very slow to respond,once I pushed the button for her to to bathroom & sit there for 30 min. With a guy sitting 40 ft away,just a lot of Lil things that wasn't done properly, mri shows my mom had a stroke within the last 7 days & she's been home for 3 days,several days before discharge she was acting funny,did they forget her meds?? Hope this helps someone else looking at nursing home
