Great job!  They scheduled me quickly, came in the time they specified, explained everything thoroughly, and the price was fair.  The 2 staff members with whom I spoke on the phone and the technician (Travis)who came to my home were all professional, friendly and helpful.  They also got a thumbs up from Carrier when I told them who I was calling to repair my air conditioner.

I have always had great service from  the technicians here. Travis came out today and fixed my A/C so I wouldn't have to wait until  tomorrow. Great Customer service! Thank you.

Val and Theresa did a great job grounding 3 outlets in our older home. They were professional, knowledgeable and quick. They left the room in good order. We would definitely use Vander Hyde again.

Thank you Kevin  for your thorough inspection and evaluation of all the parts of our boiler, domestic hot water heater and high pressure air conditioning system, followed by the hours you patiently spent with us discussing our various options to repair and replace. And Travis was so easy to have daily working in my home doing the boiler replacement. He took the time to make sure I understood how it all worked.

I was very impressed with the technician, Jeff, who visited our home. He thoroughly explained the issues with our furnace and answered all of my other questions. We were scheduled quickly for a consultation. Matt gave us a thorough estimate breakdown with a number of options for our HVAC needs, which we greatly appreciated
