2 years in a row our taxes were incorrectly prepared. Both times we caught the errors before signing...both times the tax preparer refused to come out of his office and explain face to face how/why the error was made..he literally made his secretary relay back and forth. If I am paying $300, I would expect a bit more professionalism. Wont be going back next year...in fact you can save money by going to a tax lawyer, they charge half the price and appreciate the business.
