The club is nice on the inside, but it is ran very unprofessionally. They charge you for a table/section that is supposed to hold 7 people, but it does not hold 7. They charge you an additional $40 per person if you want additional people in your section. They promote free before midnight, but they purposely hold the line so that people don't get in until after 12. Some of my friends ended up leaving because they waited in line so long. Very unprofessional.

Came for new years, paid for vip admission & it was an absolute zoo. Unable to get in after the line was held for some time. Bouncers were rude & unable to answer simple questions regarding the lines to indicate which was general admission vs. Vip. There seemed to be no difference in spite of the $20 difference in the tickets. There was a group of 7 of us who all lost $40 each after refusing to continue to stand in line through the drizzle & cold. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I party all over the country & would never come here again.

I will not be back. On 10.15.16 I came out to celebrate a birthday and the short bartender with the weave THREW my debit card! I would say at me but it took a while to find it because it landed on the dance floor! She tried to snatch it from me twice and did on her 2nd try. I work in the service industry so I know exactly what she was going through!! No the customer isn't always right but you NEVER handle a customer in that manner, I don't care how you feel!! Because I know she was protected, it took everything out of me to not hop across that bar and wring her neck so I sought the Mgr Nicole. To no avail, but I know she was busy. She needs to check her staff because things could've gotten ugly, but hey thanks for the free beer!

If I could give it no stars I would I had a horrible experience ...I got a table on Friday for my birthday arrived at club and had to wait in line in the rain,which I was told I wouldn't have to do when reserving my table and that me and my party would be able to come right in, that's what I paid for but that was not the case...then when I finally got in the club waitress(bottlegirl) comes over to table I tell her what bottle i want she goes to get it so I think ,we wait about 15 minutes no sign of her or my bottle,then I look over and she's over at table beside me that came in after me giving them a bottle and serving them while me and my friends are sitting there waiting smdh...I immediately get up and go ask another waitress for the manager, the owner Shawn comes over I tell him that my waitress never came back with bottle and that I'm very upset with the service I've received and that i almost want to leave,he then says in a very rude way what do you want to do because you can leave if you want,not even addressing the waitress or me waiting in the rain or anything .I then said I'll leave he then says I'm going to charge you and your party general admission if you leave which he said was $120 for 6 people ,which is crazy because it was advertised free all night on flyer he just didnt want to give me my money back for table I ended up staying because I didnt want to waste $120 but I was so mad I didn't enjoy my birthday ...I will never go back to this club or do business with them again I'll be going to the epic center .
