If I could rate the dumont office ZERO stars I would. This facility is very unorganized and the staff make it difficult to feel comfortable there. The receptionists are very rude and nasty over the phone. If they want to work at a place like this they should have some sympathy and maybe be more kind. They really stressed me out to the point where I had to change facilities. It's time to get a new staff

The staff at Vantage Health System saved my family. We were homeless with not prospects for housing. I have been out of work and my wife has been working hard on recovery since being diagnosed with a mental illness. It seems that wherever we turned we got the run around. At Vantage we were treated with respect and offered assistance. Through Vantage’s Opening Doors Program we were able to get a new home, get assistance with the rent and receive the treatment that my wife, children and I all need. Good Bless You!

I like the Doctor's here, they care and put much effort in their work to help but, the front desk is the worst I have experience so far. Careless, rude and nasty attitude. I thought of seeking treatment someplace else but instead I avoid that area as much as possible. I won't give up good treatment for a very unprofessional young girl, there was an old lady there before, she was amazing. Customer service should be of high standards everywhere in my opinion but, when you are handling human's with mental needs it should be even better. You must, listen and care. If you don't like your job, moved on and find something that makes you happy instead of making other's upset.

I am very dissatisfied & upset beyond words. in a recent phone conversation i had with Dr.Tulika Srivastava. this so-called "professional" spoke over me and treated me as if i was a moron,not wanting to hear anything what so ever that i had to say after a certain amount of time and her claim was ; I was not doing my part as a parent. She also said my son needs therapy I agree, but, in order to achieve this goal to help my son, he needs coverage &to pay out of pocket isn't an option right now for medical issues, its very costly. My son was denied coverage& i am in the process of achieving this.Therefore because i cannot afford to do this and i am going down every alternate avenue to help my son right now, basically i was told i am a bad parent..End of story she threatened to close his file. what kind of doctor does not help a child all because they do not want to hear the issues of payment. Its very clear that it's all about the money and passing the buck . a GOOD doctor wants to help no matter what the issue is and looks for the best solution .To act this way is highly unethical as well as immoral as a Doctor. Also,threatening to close a patients medical file over money issues is illegal, especially a child.
