if I could give this place 0 stars I would !!! service was very slow and I waited sooo long for some hot Cheeto nachos, turned out they forgot to even make them so I had to wait even longer for them. I also ordered a mango Crepe, it was chewy but the fruit was okayFood: 2/5

The first time for me to try rolled ice cream. I didn't know what to expect but I liked it. The ice cream was indeed rolled. The service was friendly and we went at a time where it wasn't crowded. Rolled ice cream takes time and we heard that it could potentially be a decent wait. I'm glad we got to experience it when we did.

Very large menu! Rolled ice cream, shakes, fruit juice, and more! Prices are listed nowhere, so be prepared to spend money. However, I don't recommend the shakes. I got one because they looked cool with everything piled on top of it. It tasted like milk put in a blender with ice and your flavor. There were chunks of ice in the shake. Real shakes don't have ice.

They have a very big menu. Everything we got was good but the wait was so long. We waited almost 1 hour for 3 rolled ice creams. Workers are very slow.  Aqua Fresca was really good we got strawberry and mango and you can taste the real fruit in it. Elote was also very good but expensive for almost $7 each.  Also very hot, no air conditioning.

Very delicious ice cream! We got the mango ice cream and the watermelon slushie. Both were delicious!  We also got the Taki Locos which is great for all of you taki lovers! It is so spicy   My only suggestion - the prices seem too steep for what the product is. Although very well executed, we spent more than $30 after tax for these 3 things. I would understand maybe $15-$20, but $32 seems high.  Overall rating: 9/10. Great place to take kiddos or anyone that has a favorite fruit/topping/chip.

Arrived here with 6 people in front that was in a group. It's been 40+ mins and still waiting for our order. I didn't even order because how long it took just to order so the person I with placed a order. Previous only time I came before it was packed like 20 ppl here and get the the counter to order and a sign says cash only no cards and at that point it was 25 mins wait at least. I was pissed, have the sign on the door not at the register. It's a shame stuff looks good but is service is this slow I may never get a opportunity to order a single item

I love these folks and what they've brought to NW Arkansas! Their menu seems limitless, they do fb giveaways, and the quality of their food/snacks/drinks are amazing. i highly recommend them!Food: 5/5

This place is amazingly awesome!!! Smells delicious right when you walk in. Soooooo many things to choose from it’s a little overwhelming but the workers are helpful! We tried the shakes and nachos. The unicorn shake was awesome! Strawberry and I think it was cotton candy mixed ice cream kids loved it! The watermelon drink was AMAZING to taste!!! Weight loss shake was pretty good as well. The nachos were very tasty. The strawberry shake is yummy with Nutella in the side with the added strawberries ! Would have been better with some Nutella in the shake!! The Reece’s shake was delicious!!! Loved it really sugary so be prepared! Can’t wait to go back and try more items!!!!!

Took my granddaughter and husband here and the shake was good however, I ordered a snickers crepe, it had 2 very small pieces of snickers with 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream which is put on a paper plate. My husband had a flaming hot chili tostada, this had no chili in it, lots of lettuce and some tomatoes and a little bit of green enchilada sauce, no flaming hot cheetos. We had to ask for them. The gal was very nice, however when I asked about the hot cheetos, her response was " oh you want cheetos on it?" Yes please that is why he ordered it. The 3 items cost us $48.00. There are no prices on the menu.  They need more staff members. Sorry but will not go back.
