Without any contractor and having any experience previously we got a very welcoming and great service. Surprised to see any negativity here... (probably some nasty people out there). We could see and compare a big variety of samples and other different products. Its not the first time we buying there. Recommended!

They apparently only deal with Contractors.  I wanted to discuss hardwood flooring materials for my home but they said "we only deal with contractors."  Very disappointed with service. Their loss!   wasted visit and not friendly.

This is my second time purchasing from Vaughan Hardwood Floors and getting installation through their contractor Ivan.  First time was back in 2014 for my first house.  Now my wife and I purchased another house (bigger) and went back to Vaughan Hardwood for hardwood floors and laminate in the basement.  We contacted Ivan (the installer) and worked with him to pick out our hardwood flooring for the main and 2nd floors and laminate for the basement.   Really happy with the flooring and the installation work - floors look superb! Keep up the good work guys! Not sure when we will buy our next house though - we promise to spread the word to our friends and family! Johnny and Emily

We do not sell flooring to people without a contractor, if that makes us rude, then we are guilty as charged!  Our policy "homeowners or end users wishing to purchase floors, please ask your contractor to contact us.  If you do not have a contractor, we can help you by referring you to one, who can guide you with selecting the type of floor, answer any questions, and helping you make an inform decision"
