I went there today to take 2 cars (one paid for, one not) to turn into 1. We were made to wait for some time, and when the sales person came back, Vaughn's wanted to give half of the value of one car (NADA doubled what they was willing to offer), and about 1500 less than what the other car was worth +/-.  We have bought 7 or so vehicles from them, and each time there is this 'I'm ready to leave, and they keep us there longer instead of just shooting us the fair price right of the bat. This time I walked, and will not ever be back.  I won't be low-balled (especially by that much), and to have them call us back to try to justify it is just beyond me!

I thought the team in the Collision Department did a good job of working with us from the first phone call.  They were friendly, explained the process thoroughly, and made us feel comfortable about the work that needed to be completed.  They also did a good job of working with our insurance company and the work they did on the vehicle made it look brand new.

Don't buy from here, horrible customer service. They fixed an issue but didn't complete the job therefore I will have to take it somewhere else for it to get fixed because they refuse to admit any fault or that they should fix it.

Put down the deposit to reserve the vehicle and drove 2 hours and some change to purchase a 2015 Sierra SLT from them. Was never informed of what I consider to be some pretty serious body issues. Hard to say who really to put at fault for not taking pictures, not telling me, etc. Went home without the vehicle, but Doug was very apologetic, courteous, refunded the deposit and even topped our vehicle with gas before we headed back home.

Went a week ago for a recall. So they could order anything they might need. Went today they looked said they neeed to order a part for the recall.  I don't live in Ottumwa so takes an hour to drive there now have to drive back. Buy in your home town.
