We are a plumbing and heating contractor and service company that has developed a solid reputation of providing quality service at competitive prices. We have three major departments that include a Plumbing and HVAC Service Department; a Residential Furnace and Air Conditioning Installation Department; and a Commercial Contracting and Construction Department. We are a Premier Lennox Dealer and are proud to represent their line of equipment. We also offer a variety of other brands including: Aire-Flo, Modine, Coleman Revolv, L.G., Mitsubishi, Rinnai, Lochinvar, Burnham, Bradford White, and AO Smith. This company is garbage, don’t waste your time.  I had them out last Wednesday because my kitchen sink wasn’t draining.  They came to my house without a snake and instead poured a liquid down the drain to see if it would unclog.  That didn’t work so they went back to their building to get the snake.  Technician later called from their building and told me the other plumber had the snake and that he would be back out in 2 hours to finish the job.  I didn’t hear from them at all until the following week on Monday when I CALLED THEM to have them come back out to finish what they started.  Appointment was Tuesday and was told they’d be out by 10:00.  Of course they didn’t show up at 10:00, I called them at 1:00 to see when they’d be out.  They told me I was still next to be seen.  They never came out, let alone a courtesy call to reschedule.  Avoid this company, it’s not worth wasting your time.

I would appreciate it if the people at this establishment- not even in my damn state - would never AGAIN try to hack my google account. I don't think you realize that Google tracks these things and gives the locations of suspicious login attempts, via Google Maps. Because as I've said- I live no where NEAR your location. I'm all the way in a different state, yet someone has tried to access my account from your business. I can see from other review comments, this has happened before to other people. Why not do us all a solid and work on improving your business and NOT trying to hack into private accounts. Cause even the legitimate reviews on your services don't look so good... :(

Vaughn's were quick to come out to our house and clear out lines. They went above and beyond just a service call and really helped us in our time of need.

I called these guys to get information about installing central air in my house and t said they would get a hold of me so they can come look at it and give me a quote. That was 4 days ago and still no response. Poor customer service.
