I've been a customer here for almost 10 years. Excellent service. Good communication, especially with any service issues. Great facility. I like the additional lighting and security features that were recently added. Cam is an excellent manager, always accessible and flexible with any issues that arise. Very clean and secure. Highly recommended.

Great company to deal with! After the change in ownership, I was also very happy that they kept the same compassionate staff. Cam & Debbie have been wonderful to deal with over the years. The new online payments system is very convenient.

I was with the company for nine years. Never had a problem, were great to deal with, waved late fees when life got in the way ect. Recently purchased by Vaultra Storage, Did not receive invoices, so paid what I thought I owed. I was off by $1.50, they locked me out of my unit, charged me $20 late fees. I have moved out after 9 years. I went to Stanley Storage, cleaner facility, better security. Much cheaper, better customer service!!!
