I've taken my bunnies here for over 5 years and had nothing but amazing welcoming service. It's great to have Dr. Moyer that sees exotics so close to my home. One of my rabbits got deathly sick a couple years ago, and she took extreme love and care of her that she didn't die. This was very difficult time and she was very compassionate yet informed me what was happening in a way they she might talk about her own pet. My bunny has lived 2 years since and I cannot say enough about what an amazing bet she is.

This place is beyond fantastic. They have gone so far above and beyond what a typical vet does. They treat my cat with such care and they don't forget about me either... They have followed up with me several times to check in on my cat's progress with his behavior and have sent me videos, tips, etc. They don't just want your money. They want to make sure your pet is healthy and happy and that you, the owner is happy too. Their handling techniques are amazing... I don't understand why all vets don't do the same.
If you love your pet as a member of the family, you definitely want to visit VCA Animal Wellness Center.

For an initial puppy visit, they weren't very nice. The office workers were rude. They recommend I over vaccinate my dog. (When I have a family vet I trust, this is the wrong person to try and pull something on). When did caring for animals just become about a paycheck? I felt like I was just a dollar sign. Not going back here.

All the staff was super gentle and caring for our cat Simba! Suggested the test they thought would be more beneficial to run. Ended up paying off. While they might be a little pricier, the care they give is awesome! Our little guy is almost back to his full self. They even called the next few days after checking on him each day. We will definitely go back for his needs.

I have been going to AWC for over a year, and love them. Dr. Ambrose and her entire team have taken great care of my bulldog, and I wouldn't want to take to anybody else.

They also have evening and weekend appointments, which are very helpful for people who work standard hours.

Would reccomend with highest enthusiasm!
