Not bad,like it better if they would remember to cut the cats claws! Who wants to make a second trip for that?

I have had nothing but perfect treatment from all of the staff, from front desk staff, vet techs, and vets. My chihuahua never liked vets and was a nipper, and yet even while putting a muzzle on him they treated him kindly and gently. The day we had to put him down, the entire staff was so kind to us. They let the whole family in the room together and let us stay as long as we wanted, there was no rush for us. Total respect for us and for my dog. I can not say enough good about VCA Lakes Region Vet Hospital.

Brought my Yorkie in for general checkup and concern about possible allergy. Very friendly receptionists.  I loved speaking with the technician Kelly. Great attitude.  Dr. Guest did the best and most thorough exam our 8 year old dog has ever had.  Loved the whole experience. Thank you.
