Extremely overpriced (even with my warranty covering the entire price of parts). I would have liked to see them take some of the diagnosis price ($200!) off when I followed through with their repair. Also, my car's check engine light came back on only a few days after it left the shop.
The young man who gave me a ride to the shop was nice, though.

Top notch service, they give you options as to what kind of quality parts you want on your car.  I've worked with all of the guys down there, but work with Brad mostly and I cannot say enough how grateful I am for their service here in GR.

Veenstra's Garage is a top notch repair shop. My favorite part of their process is that they call you before working on your vehicle and explain what options you have, and usually give you a three-tiered approach to pricing. We've had a lot of repairs done by this shop, and on the one occasion that their fix didn't hold, the part was still under warrantee so when I brought it back in they re-repaired it for us at no additional cost. I have recommended them to my friends, and appreciate the work, honesty, and direct communication.
