Great Experience ! This was the first time we hired a painting contractor for our homes exterior and I will say from the estimate with Nick to the job and follow up with Dustin the Vegas Painters team was professional, courteous and took the time to go over the aspects of the job and make solid recommendations. I was very busy with work through the whole job and for a couple of weeks after and was not able to do a thorough inspection of the completed job until recently . When I did have the time I found just a couple of areas of concern and reached out to Dustin via email. He responded with in a day and literally had a guy out the following day to touch up the areas I had told him about. I believe customer satisfaction and loyalty is built on the initial service , but I really believe it is solidified on how after the fact situations are handled. I will definitely use these guys again for any future painting jobs and would definitely recommend them. On a side note I ran into Chris the painter Dustin sent out for the touch ups when I got home and he was more than willing to go over the house with me to look for any other areas I might have concerns with. Professional, friendly and sincerely concerned that I was happy with the job done. Thanks guys !

They didn't tell the workers on the job, what exactly to do, they almost painted my over head garage door, and I told the estimator that I didn't want it painted! The job that was talked about was not totally done, traps weren't put down to catch paint chips, and the chips ended up all over the yard! Had to ask them to fix stucco spots, but it was on their prep list! And still have chipping paint that was painted over! There was also over spray, an not fully painted areas! I will never have them paint for me again, or recommend them! Vegas painters came back an made sure the job was done right, they fired the ones that did my job at first, an made sure the job was done right! They really stand behind their work!

Had to file numerous complaints with the state contractors board because the contractor refused to correct issues throughout the job (I had them paint my entire interior of over 2,500' sq. The owner (David Palumbo) called me a "Jew" because I complained about poor quality The painter who did my job was his first and last (ONLY) job for the company. Never resolved. The idiot painted over brass hinges and didn't remove light fixtures or wall plates. Terrible company, poor workmanship and the owner David Palumbo is a liar and a thief. I'm surprised this company is still in business, but that just goes to show what marketing can do.
