Vela massage retreat  was absolutely wonderful.. I had a massage and facial and felt so good when I left. I would recommend  them highly. I can't Waite to go back.

This spa is exactly what I needed for chronic pain relief and rest. It is a beautiful place with great services. I am so happy to have found it. I recommend a deep tissue massage combined with some time in the infrared sauna followed by a cool outdoor shower. Bliss.

Vela is a special place unlike any other. Vela has a high standard for massage therapists and has a surprisingly beautiful location. Also the sauna is really nice.

I have been going to this spa retreat for years and the service just keeps getting better!  In addition to a rockstar massage every time from every masseuse who provides treatment there (and I have tried a few!!), Vela supplies all the little stuff. I love their super soft robes, free beverages and snacks, and especially the Vibe!  Super amazing place to chill out and spend time outside in nature near a beautiful shaded creek. Thank you so much for operating such a world class retreat in our little Grass Valley!  Big UPs Vela!!

Very professional and friendly staff. It's also very clean and it looks like the photos. Definetly worth the drive if you're coming from further away!
