Wow! What a great experience it was to get a major tune for my bike with Velofix. Both Shane and Dave were very professional. Dave gave me full of great advice for caring for my bike, and after he was done with the major tune it felt like a brand new bike.
These guys really know what they are doing, definitely, definitely call them if you need help with your bike.

Dave and Shane provided excellent customer service in giving my bike a great pre-race tune up!  Appointments are easy to book on line, mechanics are awesome and customer service is second to none!  Definitely recommend!

Easy to schedule with Shane.  Mark was incredibly knowledgeable and his work is immaculate.  Prices were fair.  There's no reason to ever take my bike into a shop again when Velofix is available to come to me.  Great job Mark and Shane.  I'll be seeing you guys again for my next bike service.

I just purchased a RAD city bike.  Shane arrived with the tuned bike on time.  Very professional person.  Knows a great deal about his subject, and gave terrific guidance to a first time electric bike owner.  A real pleasure doing business with him.

Mark is awesome! I requested a test ride of the RadPower bike through the Velofix website. Booking the appointment was easy and Mark called when he was on his way. Mark was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions (trust me, I had a ton!). It was so convenient that they come to you. I'll be purchasing a RadPower bike through Velofix soon.
