This place is Horrible! Over priced terrible work performed they messed up to expensive shirts that i owned.Don't go there  youv'e been warned.

The phone manners were enough to stop me from going in  when I asked if I could have an item rushed for a fee, the answer was "nope, it takes a week. Hope the owner reads reviews so they don't lose more business.

I dropped off a dress that I had worn one time to be cleaned. It was returned to me damaged and unwearable. I went back to Venetian Cleaners and complained and they would accept NO responsibility for the damage caused by their cleaning process. I was given excuse after excuse how it was my fault even though the dress was in perfect condition when it was dropped off. Very unhelpful and unprofessional. Customer service at its worst!
