This was my first time here and I must say the place was gorgeous, I had a gel manicure and pedicure and Daniel did an amazing job. My boyfriend also had a manicure and pedicure and Mimi did such a great job as well. I highly recommend both of them. I can't wait to go back :)

Wow!  Was in the area and wanted a Mani/Pedi but after reading one NEGATIVE review after another, I decided against it.  Surprised because most Chinese places are EXCELLENT!

Worst experience ever.  I wish I could post a picture of how hideous my nails looked.  Don't waste your time or money... go somewhere else.

If I could give negative stars I would. Made my skin bleed from ripping it off in a eyebrow waxing!!!!! Told manager and he did nothing to compensate. I was in legit real pain for 2 days :(

I've gone to Venetian Spa for over 7 years and this location was the worst. I paid $130 for my partner, daughter and myself. To find out my partner received a horrible service. The employee was rude throughout she acted as if she didn't want to be there. She kept asking what color, meidiorce nail job. I called the following day to speak to the manager his response was "I'll speak to her so it doesn't happen again and I'll fire her." I replied how about having someone else redo the what your employee failed to do for my partner and don't fire her train her in customer service and what is to provide exceptional service especially to a customer who's been coming to our business for the past 7 years and spent $130 + tip. I'm appalled that they did not have a single care to keep my business and remedy my partners service and to make it worst it was her 1st time at Venetian Spa and her last!
