I honestly really wanted to like this place, I go to the Venetian Nail Spa over by the beach and love it! but today I went to this location and I’m honestly sadly disappointed. The lady did do a good job on my nails, I got a fill but she did cut me. She didn’t put any antiseptic on it until I said it was burning, it still is but I’ll let it go. Anyways, the most disappointing part is that I was in the chair for almost an hour and my tech didn’t say a single thing to me. Everyone around me was speaking Spanish and not once did I get acknowledged. The thing is, I actually speak Spanish and they were talking about my nails in Spanish. Not necessarily in a good way either. I felt like I was being judged for most of the time I was there and it was just off putting. When I get my hair or nails done I like to enjoy the experience not sit there and get talked about in Spanish.. they also charged me more... I paid it but like seriously... disappointed to say the least

Kirenia is absolutely THE BEST nail technician I have ever had. I have been to different places and have been doing my nails every one or two weeks. Kirenia set up such a high standard and expectation for me. Her service is flawless. I don’t think I will go anywhere else moving forward. She is so patient, detail oriented and clean. She made sure my feet and hands are left in perfect conditions. She is so elegant and sweet, with great personality. I am so happy I found her!

Wowww  simply spectacular, excellent attention, the atmosphere is captivating, and even better is the quality of work. I am very allergic to skin and I can not use acrylic, they put dip for nails power and they were perfect. The work was done by Hank and really exceeded my expectations, I am a very detailed person, I like perfection and I surpass it, I did not have to say anything.

There are not enough words to describe the incredible experience we had at this salon!  The professionalism, the atmosphere, the attention to detail... ALL OF IT!  I wanted to spoil a group of my ladies from work, and this was the perfect place to make that happen!  The group at Venetian made sure every one of our spoiling needs were handled.... manicures, pedicures, neck massages, wine... It was all perfect!  This will certainly be our go-to place forever! Thanks to everyone at Venetian for a special night!

Went there with a group of ladies from work and we were all blown away at the wonderful experience.  My nail specialist was Roy and he was amazing and friendly.  I also had a neck and shoulder massage by Brenda and I started falling asleep, she was so good. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the entire staff is to be commended on their professsionalism and friendliness. We all felt very pampered.  Will definitely be going back.
