I tried one of their stores down in Florida when I used to live there and did not like it. Now that I live up here I decided to try them again since it was in a different location. I unfortunately made the wrong decision. It was be consistently across the board for the nail salon chain that they only care about getting you in and taking your money. They do not own up to their mistakes.

I went in with for a pedi and full set French nails. After the pedi they sat me down to do my nails and my husband had ALREADY paid keep that in mind for a FULL acrylic set. The lady starts painting my nails.... I kept asking are you to do this before you glue the tips on?? She said yes yes. Anyway she started painting a tip in the end I said no no no I wanted acrylic and she got very angry. She said you wanted painted too I said no acrylic which my husband has already paid for!! She started knocking things off the table and mumbling to herself I got extremely uncomfortable. I told her I wanted my nails long she said if you want them long you have to pay an extra $10!!! I said WHAT are you kidding me?? She said “it takes more time to file” I was so uncomfortable at this point and I don’t do well with confrontation so I just said ok short. But seriously trying to charge me an extra 10 to have my tips long is absolutely unbelievable and disgusting I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I think she was just being mean because she was already angry she had to redo my nails. I paid almost 100 for my pedi and nails and didn’t even get what I wanted with rude service. I will not be back.

I came here due to "my" nail salon flubbing my appointment for my birthday with 10 people. They were able to accommodate us quickly and my frown was turned to a smile. Tracy did my pedicure and it was awesome! She was very attentive to detail and my polish seemed to last forever. I have been back since to try and transition from SNS powder to gel and the technician that last helped was unable to a design that I wanted, but other than that I will continue to try here.

My daughter and I had pedicures last Friday. I wish I could remember the name of the lady that did mine. She took great care indeed did a beautiful pedicure. She was very kind and very sweet and I think she did a wonderful job.

Absolutely the best service I've ever had. Highly recommend Helen. Super sweet and did a great job. Definitely going back because of her.
