Love Dr. Ventre and Dr. Hicks 
They listen and work with you and yes while the wait can sometimes be long they give you the proper amount of attention and focus on your care.
I would recommend to anyone. I have been a patient for almost 3 years and I am very happy with my doctors.

Dr. Ventre is attentive, thoughtful and thorough. Today, as always, he took the time to fully address my needs. His manner, knowledge and experience are better than anyone I've seen so far. I love how he includes me and my feedback in the process. I feel as if we are partners in my care and treatment.

Murderous and profiteer.  He and his collaborator at Broward Imperial Psych, who he doesn't explain is connected to him in his finances/businesses.  Intravenous Haldol is forbidden for Parkinson's and Dementia patients.  Doesn't matter to him or the profiteers in Psych care.  The office staff is rude, almost "hood".  He uses "threats" to force services on individuals and families.  Watch out, and RUN!!!! Do not trust the lives of your loved ones in his or his partner's hands.  They are dirty hands.  Those poor eyes of the patients (prisoners) in that hospital say so much. How many of them dont belong there, or, in any mental health prison for that matter.

I absolutely loved his office.  Front desk staff always happy.  Dr. Ventre could not be more caring. I recommend him.
