100% skewed. Zero help. Rude and disregarded the facts. Only cared about how they get more money. They didn't verify income or expenses paid such as daycare and insurance before sending paperwork out.

As a courtesy, I called to let these numptys know they're sending mail for someone who doesn't live in my home. The woman who answered the phone says "Well usually if I get mail at my home for someone who doesn't live there, I just put return to sender". Well, DUH. I was trying to do you guys a favor by calling so you wouldn't waste any more government funds mailing 5 letters a day to my house. As a government agency calling another, I would have hoped that the person on the other end was a competent and understanding numpty.... but alas, that is too much to ask. Dear receptionist at Ventura County Child Support: Do us all a favor. Please stay in California. Thanks.

Another government agency with no oversight and infallible but incompetent employees who are impossible to fire. The woman I spoke with there (Carla) could not tell me what she does all day. Literal silence on the phone after I asked her, "What do you do there?" Place is a joke.

Rating should be -0-. The VC DCSS office (namely John Cardoza, Natasha Oliphant and Gerardo Garin) has continuously lied to me, twisted and misrepresented the law, failed to follow-up on and pursue a valid guideline compliant, has not acted in accordance with its State and federally mandated requirement to put my children's best interest first and/or has been manipulated and misrepresented forms and filing in clear attempts to suppress the obligator's child support amount and to discourage me from seeking a modification and/or final judgement to receive an order at the guideline amount .
