By appointment or walk in. Walk in sometimes wait. 2 or 3 beauticians usually there. Manicures available. Don't know extent of nail  service. Another beautician Vicki Kahn, is by appointment only. Must talk with her for appointment. She is very good with all kinds of coloring, bleach etc. Regular coloring others could also do. Vicki is talented & trained in all different color avenues. She does not do nails. She rates another star.

I have been coming her for 15 + years. Imelda and Graciela are  the best.  Just bring in  a picture with what you want and you  will get it.  Love this place.  The ladies are so funny and friendly.

I got a full head of highlights done with Imelda months ago just thought I'd write a review since I'll be moving back to California soon and will defiantly be going back to her every time to get my cut and color she is amazing! Very nice and good prices I highly highly recommend getting your hair done here. She will let you know what you NEED and tell you what's best for your hair she won't let you get something that will ruin or damage your hair as far as hair color and bleaching goes trust me when I tell you she knows what she's doing!

I had the greatest time here, the women who did my hair Imelda, and her team did a great job working together to make my long hair into two different short a-line with layers. Then coloring my hair and my hair was cared for No Damage at all. They walked me step by step what they were doing to my hair.
I absolutely recommend this place.
The owner is a fantastic person and her team is just as great and know what they are doing. The product they use are the real deal.
Matrix, joico, pravana, pureology, redken.
