I was so very impressed with staff and their customer service was amazing as well… My nail tech is so wonderful. And accommodated my every need. My hands look beautiful and really love guy! Will have another pedis at here next two weeks!

Its a nice set up and they we're friendly and at 1st I loved my nails a little up set they didn't have bows or diamonds to add but it's been a WEEK and 4 of my nails are BROKEN!!!!!  And one is chipped already that should not happen at all. They only care about Positive reviews as you can clearly see. Majority of the negative go unanswered. They do not try to improve or make it right to customers who had an unpleasant experience. THEIR ALL ABOUT THEIR MONEY NOT THEIR customers

Went there for the first time two days ago my nail technician was Lei she was recommended by a friend. The minute I walk inside The first thing I noticed was this beautiful young lady at the front counter she was very processional The place it's beautiful clean I enjoy it . I will be return specially I am so happy that I found Lei. She did the  best job on my nails. Thanks keep up the great job

GROSS! Beware they do not wash the foot tubs. They just place a plastic liner over it! The first one that I brought to their attention had a Mucus looking thing. I thought its a busy Saturday maybe its just an oversight. They appeared to be cleaning it. So when I was called up I told the technician that I want to see under the liner the next one had the scrub stuff of your feet. EWW! So I asked to speak to the manager that said the liner goes over. Clearly left don't risk getting an infection. This place is just cutting corners. Ive been going to this location for about a year.

If I can give this place ZERO stars I would....So I have been getting my nails done consistently for about 2 years now and Thursday I decided to give Venus a try for the first time and I brought my mother with me as well. I got chrome nails which I have done numerous times before elsewhere and they were nice. I got chrome which is a Gel polish which is supposed to last a minimum of about two weeks without chipping... My polish started PEELING OFF the same exact day. I went on my lunch break two days later so they can correct the issue in all of the times I do my nails not once has my gel polish peeled off until this time. I approached the nail tech NICELY  and they said sure they will fix the problem to them try to charge me $23????? Why should I pay you to correct an issue that shouldn't have happened in the first place when I paid $65????  Then they proceeded to tell me its not their fault if they use top of the line products. So who's fault is it? Mine? Never have a had such an experience and I will not be recommending this place to anyone! Nor will I be returning with neither my mother or my sister. I rather Pay someone else to FIX YOUR MISTAKE THAN TO PAY YOU TO MESS UP AGAIN! I would've considered returning if the problem would've been corrected. Oh and not to mention my mother's polish is also peeling after only two days.before they say its fake here are some pics:
