When I began this divorce process, I was searching for an attorney that was aggressive and would protect my rights and interests. I received just that with Catharine Venzon, Chad Pidanik, and her staff. She always looked out for me, provided excellent advice, and never strayed from her mission statement of living happily ever after. Also what I liked, was there is no beating around the bush. All of her decisions and opinions are point blank and always in my interest. When dealing with her staff, they were all very understanding, and extremely pleasurable to work with. Highly recommend this attorney. Why didn't I give 5 stars? Only because this process took so long. Not her fault though due to the other attorney we are/were dealing with.

From the moment you secure their services, you know you're in good hands. In addition to the exemplary manner in which they handle your case, the Venzon law firm retains an outstanding staff whom are both knowledgeable and sensitive to your needs. Moreover, I was beyond impressed with the immediacy in which my calls and emails were returned. I never had to worry about where things stood...Ms. Venzon is second to none.

Their team is excellent!  They know their area of specialty and they fight for you all the way.  They talk to you straight and you can count on them making certain your case is well-prepared and can take it as far as it needs to go.  I wish I found them before hiring the previous firm which took months to resolve and BIG waste of money to get nowhere.  You won't be disappointed if you want a firm that fights hard to win your case.

For the last 3 years I have been trying to divorce from my wife,  a marriage that took place 1984, my supposed wife where about not none, and myself being abroad made my divorce case get more complicated. From over seas I decided to search on google for attorneys in the U.S. to handle my case at the area of Niagara Falls N.Y.  I requested from 3 attorneys if any can take my case, but none responded except from Venzon Law firm, at Buffalo N.Y the great lady attorney Ms. Catherine, accepted to take my case, after interviewing me by phone, and having all information, she started immediately working on it, she located my ex spouse through her Law Firm investigator team, found the right laws that support my case to file for divorce, and in 3 month she had me divorced finally, I am very thankful to Catherine, and her team, great job...

Catharine and Chad are the absolute best at what they do!  They work  together to ensure that they and their entire team know the facts of your case to ensure the most favorable outcome. Our battle was uphill and long with setbacks but Catherine's compassion and determination to help us get justice prevailed in the end!!
