Vera hands down is the best lawyer anyone could have. She is professional, kind, and works really hard to get you exactly what you want, no matter how long she has to go to bat for it. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a great lawyer :)

If I could give her 10 stars I would!! Here they are********** She will take care of you when others have failed. I have used her on 3 occasions:Yes 3, God help me.
1. Joint Custody for my son, she did an amazing job. The other grandmother hired a top firm for LOTS of cash. Ms. Marcus stood her ground and we came out great. Rates were fare, similar to what others charge. It's a lot of work, but it's your kid so who cares. P.S. they are back together the kids are nearly grown and everyone is very happy.
2. Brother had the worst case EVER against the state. Odd and sad story won't give you the details but he had no standing in court because he wasn't the bio dad. NO he just raised the kid for 4 years. 
He was able to have visitation right away, got them to work it all out he's had the kid for 6 years since then. Great story.
3. Was a work related case against a big oil company and she took care of it and were so happy.

Bottomline I have used Ms. Marcus for our family attorney for over 15 years or there about. She's tough in court has back bone and won't let you down.Price I can't say she's more or less, I believe it's my kids, and I get what I pay for. I have paid more for other attorneys 20 years ago for my own kid so I personally think pricing was fine.

When you find yourself in a situation where you need someone on your side to help you retain what is rightfully yours, or get what is due to you, you don't want a wishy-washy attorney representing you -- you want a junkyard dog that will stand up to the opposition's attorney and not back down.  That's been my experience in working with Ms. Marcus.  When it comes to child custody, when both parents are equally suitable parents, it is still the case that the woman usually comes out ahead of the game.  Ms. Marcus fought long and hard to make sure that I retained equal custody of my daughter, and I know she will do the same for any and all of her clients.

I have found Ms. Marcus to be one of the most knowledgeable attorneys I have ever dealt with, both with respect to the law and with respect to our local judges and attorneys.  The thing I like most is that Ms Marcus does her best to keep me on point.  The issues we are dealing with have strong emotional consequences and I can easily go off in the wrong direction, wasting my resources.  It’s also apparent after just a couple appearances in court that Ms Marcus is one of the most respected attorneys in the area.

Vera Marcus is a excellent attorney, she is very professional , extremely integellent,very caring, and knows the laws in family court. I would have to say she stands by her clients and works hard to do what is best for the families involed. I am very GRATEFUL for Vera Marcus, I would  refer all of my friends and family members to her because I know that they would  be taken care of by the BEST!!!
