I am pissed! Got the worst service I've ever had in a salon / spa! My husband wanted to surprise me with a new hair due and he called ahead for an appointment with the best they have to offer, my appointment was with Britney but they stuck me with Haley Boisclair, I told her I wanted a piggyback perm not to tight of a curl, she showed me 3 rods to choose from and I chose the 2 smaller ones. I asked her to alternate them throughout my hair to get the results I wanted and she said OK, but she didn't tell me until later that night after I got home and saw the back of my head I had NO curls except on the ends,That it wasn't salon policy to roll perms that way so I said you should have told me and gave me the chance to decide whether I should proceed with the perm. I asked on Friday to speak with the manager, here it is Tuesday and I haven't spoken to her yet, but she put her staff up to calling me and telling me that they want redo my hair because I asked for it to be rolled a certain way! I have had nothing but rude people talk to me and accuse me of lying and trying to make it look like my fault. They're the most unprofessional and rudely people I've ever dealt with in this professional setting. Not only did they refuse to redo my hair, they didn't offer my husband back his  $120 for the worst perm & cut I've ever had! I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know about my horrible experience! I am going to talk to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint with them about The Veranda salon and spa. Then I am going to the Board of Cosmology and file a complaint against the salon and Haley Boisclair, and the receptionist for her rude remarks to me, everyone who was rude to me will be mentioned in my report. I promise you Veranda salon and spa today you have met your match! I will not let this GO! You have messed with the wrong lady!

They sold us a gift card for the amount of $150 for a couples massage in November 2016. They didn't tell us that they haven't had two massage therapists on staff since September 2016. They told us in November that they could do the couples massage and their website advertises it. We called to book the massage and they said that they don't have the staff to do it and refused to refund the gift card amount. They knew when they sold us the gift card for that service that they couldn't honor it and now they are refusing to make it right. Unacceptable customer service and deceitful business. Stay away!

I am so upset with the experience I had at the Veranda Salon & Spa. I made and confirmed an appointment with a hair and makeup artist from the salon 2 months before my prom. When I arrived there the day of prom, I was told that the lady I had an appointment with was not an employee any more so they did not have my appointment in their books and they wouldn't try to fit me in. Another employee said that she couldn't give us contact information, but told us that this lady was working at High Maintenance Salon. We called High Maintenance and the manager told us that this information was false. Then, we called every salon, department store makeup counter, and freelance mua in middle ga, but no one had anything available. Due to the salon's mistakes, I spent the next 5 hours attempting to do my own prom hair and makeup, which caused me to miss all of my group's pictures, most of the dinner at the Marriot I prepaid for, and to feel insecure and ugly on a night that I was supposed to feel confident and beautiful.

If you want peaceful surroundings, positive, professional and exceptional stylists then make the move to Veranda.  Sashiko is creative, perfectionistic, a great listener, and always gives 100% when applying color, shampooing (great scalp massage), cutting, and styling.  She is up to date on all the latest styles.
