I have been here since June and I have loved staying here, if you are ever in cottonwood for a long period of time you really need to stay here

Owners and management were hostile. Poor maintenance, worse wifi. Bad smells and horribke service. The only good thing about this place was the housekeeping staff. Those two were amazing.

We are currently at the extended stay in Cottonwood and will be until the end of January and what a great find. Wish we would have know about the extended stay instead of the big bucks we spent on a timeshare in Sedona. Victoria is caring and helpful and her staff is friendly and do a great job keeping the units and the area clean. Our suite is quiet, the queen bed and and pillows are comfortable and we appreciate the great job from the weekly house keeping. There is a TV in the living room and bedroom. The location is great, an easy walk to restaurants with Home Depot and Walmart near by. I call the heating unit Big Bertha because it is very loud, fortunately the suite stays warm and we don't have to turn her on often. If you prefer to have you towels changed more than once a week, a suggestion would be to bring an extra set from home. Laundry facilities are available, $1.00 for the washing machine and $1.00 for the dryer. We are grateful to have found such comfortable accommodations in Cottonwood.

What a great place, quiet, nice neighbors, awesome staff, they care for their guests. Nice Clean place, beautiful mountain views, close to shopping, and very affordable.

If you are staying for an extended period of time in the Sedona area, you have made a mistake if you didn't check out this hotel. The accommodations are top notch. Your suite includes everything that's needed for a comfortable, long-time stay. The management is super, and super nice. The price would be a bargain with far less. The experience over all was much better than I expected. I staid two months and had no complaints, period. Reading this you may believe I went a little over the top with my praise-I assure you I did not.
