Excellent service. The employees are very helpful and super funny. Overall excellent shopping experiance. Helped me save a bunch of money. Will defiantly be back in the near,future.

I've visited the Laurel, Fort Meade and Waugh Chapel stores. None can come close to the experience I'd had at the Odenton location. I was not pressured into a unwanted purchase. In fact after reviewing my account, the store manager advised that go about handling my account that will save me 200.00 in fees.
Finally, I was given the opportunity to browse with out being pressured. What I respect the most  at the Odenton location, was the honesty, integrity and respect that these two displayed. All my questions was answered and I was able to walk out with a ton of new items and I only paid 0.75 for a promotion for the month of February. Awesome experience I have returned multiple times to buy more verizon products.

New to smartphones and over 50! So glad we signed up with 
Verizon bc the customer service is FANTASTIC! I could have saved money and purchased a phone from walmart, but their online service sucks!  Believe me, i try to help my father who has wm and i know.  Anyway....thanks to LAUREL for her great help today.  must have worked with me for almost an hour w my ?s. Thanks again LAUREL and VERIZON @ odenton!
