Very nice store and staff. Lots of Accessories and the newest phones. The only complaint I have with Verizon the company itself is there a bunch of f****** liars. They tell you and promise you one thing and when you get your bill it's completely something else usually that mean Higher. I wish for once in their life they would actually see me a bill that they said it was going to be instead of double or triple. Despite that the store I did Stop app was very nice clean An excellent staff. And if anybody at Verizon corporate has a problem I would really love to talk to you.

As soon as Kirk saw my husband and me walk into the Clemmons store he warmly greeted us and asked how he could be of assistance. He couldn't have been more helpful! I was currently an Android owner but knew I wanted the iPhone 8+. Kirk warned me that the iPhone would be somewhat different than my old phone, and he spent a lot of time getting me acclimated to it. He also transferred all of my old photos and contacts to my new iPhone, and transferred my husband's information to my old phone that he was now inheriting. Kirk also put his phone number into my phone so that I could contact him about any questions that might come up. Less than a week later I texted him, and we scheduled a time the following day for him to help me. He was able to quickly and clearly answer my questions and encouraged me to call or come back anytime. I couldn't have hope for better customer service. Thank you, Kirk!

Josh at the Verizon store in Clemmons was amazing to work with. He is very professional, works out affordable deals and gives you the best advice. I would highly recommend him and his store. I was more than satisfied with my service there.

Great service! Joe in Winston-Salem, NC, knows his stuff and took care of my needs with a new phone right away. He was able to answers all my questions and give me a quick lesson on several features. Came in unhappy and leaving with a new phone. I will definitely buy my next phone here!

Chris was the best ... He help me out and got everything I need .... I will be back to upgrade soon and only ask for Chris... Y'all very very lucky to have him... Wish more people were like him...
