I will go out of my way to visit this location because they are all ways friendly and knowledgeable. I just had to file an insurance claim and Jon was patient and helpful. I also got a great deal on a new tablet!

Great location! Came in dreading talking about my phone and plan. The staff all chipped in to help me understand my options. I left confident and ready to use my new tabs!! Great staff and great experience. Would definitely recommend!

Ok so there was only one phone left in the store which was a 256 GB and I wanted 64. I didn’t want to have the phone ordered so Jamar offered to drive to Towson, MD from Pikesville to get the phone in wanted. It’s cold and I’m lazy. Each time I’ve visited this store the level of professionalism has been high. Great store
