My spouse and I stopped by our local Verizon store today to ask for help in getting Jim’s phone updated. We had such a positive experience with Filip that I ended up upgrading my iPhone. Filip was extremely helpful and patient in assisting us. We would highly recommend him to anyone one! He was knowledgeable in the different products and services available. We left as very happy customers!

Adam was the most professional salesman and a complete pro, I was very impressed with him... he called me about a promotion and followed through and I made an appointment and came in. very impressed with the office and all of the guys including Jordan who helped me but Adam especially. I would rate this 5 Stars, it was nice to actually receive 5 Star customer service! thank you so much!

Marty and crew were wonderful today. He was thorough, helpful, and polite. At every step of the way he made sure we understood everything. And best of all...we saved over $800! Thank you Marty and Verizon!

Good explanations of features of my new pixel. When I couldn't get my email working he came to the rescue right away. Best of all he loves dogs! Adam is the best!
