Awesome customer service. Will helped me with all my concerns, some of which had been unable to be answered in the past! Also I would like to mention Daria from tier 2 support out of Huntsville for her help and proffessionalism. Today I am a very satisfied customer.

I’ve been having issues with my iPhone so I went into the quintard location to get help. The store trainer and fellow employee Terry were such a huge help. Very nice and best customer service I’ve received. The other version store in lenlock should be put out business. Not professional at all. I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer of The quintard location.

Will Hallman is the best! He went above and beyond to make me happy! Very knowledgeable, courteous, and nice! I drove 40 miles just to do business with him! Just for the record there is a Verizon store conveniently located about 10 miles from my house, and I will drive that distance every time if I am dealing with Will!
