Over two hours in store and nothing to show for it. The new account that we set up with the sales agent David Pham was set up completely incorrectly and we were charge $60 for it to be done wrong. I was bringing my own device over from another network and he did not check to make sure the phone had already been unlocked until after he shut off my current service and said "oh the unlocking process can take up to 3 business days." Awesome, since it was a Friday. So now I have been without a phone for a few days without even being able to get in the phone at all. This is horrible because I am on call 24/7 with my job. I finally got the confirmation from my old carrier that the phone had been successfully unlocked and just needed to be activated on Verizon by calling them. I called the customer service number and they could not even find our account that we set up and paid for. This is because he did not set the account up completely or correctly at all and we paid for nothing. So now after spending the last 4 hours on the phone and chatting online with customer service reps, I still do not have a phone that works because they cannot figure out how to activate it. It is a iPhone 6. Oh and not to mention the horrible customer service we received while in store. David surfed the web the entire time we were with him searching for any news about the upcoming iPhone 8 and took multiple vaping (smoking) breaks. When I explained the importance of having a working phone because I am on call 24/7 as a member of the US military, he replied with " well you can always buy a new phone with us today and that would work." Now why would I want to buy a new phone when I have a phone that is already paid for and according them, supposed to work on their network. I do not recommend this authorized retailer to anyone.

Needed to switch services due to lack of connection in my home. My friends with Verizon had better service,so we thought we would give it a try. Our rep today was helpful, informative, and patient.

This is definitely NOT a store for the community. So disappointed in the fact that Verizon stores were supposed to give away book bags and school supplies for the children but this one didn't. They directed us 30 minutes away to Viera even though this Verizon is less than 5 blocks from an elementary, middle school, high school AND right across the street from a military base with families. Really? So disappointing, when many of the parents of the kids use this store for cell service. How can Verizon be so oblivious to it's own community? Shipping a few hundred book bags to this store wouldn't have killed your budget..so sad. [It is good for people to be kind and generous and to be fair in business...] You'll reap what you sow..or don't, Verizon.

The absolute best customer service and professionalism ever. Zachary was super helpful and knowledgeable -- purchase and setup easy. This is by far the BEST Verizon store around! It's obvious that customers come first! Thank you Zac!

I came in to transfer information on metro phone and ended up with a tablet for real estate, a screen protector, case and a new number with an old iphone. They helped me with my emails, transferring contacts and answered all my questions. They were both great.
