Colin made sure I was satisfied (even traveled over an hour to another store to retrieve another device for comparison).  I appreciated his candor and transparency. Please commend him!!!

I highly recommend this Verizon location! The staff was immensely patient while answering all my questions and accommodating my needs. They were  thorough in making sure that I didn't leave until I was comfortable with my purchase and understood every aspect of my plan! I wish everyone in customer service went above and beyond like these guys do!

In my opinion the best cellular retailer in the United States of America! Mr. Blake at the Talladega store was the rep that handled my case and he is absolutely the most professional salesman I have ever encountered at cell phone retailer including corporate stores. He was very informative and helpful and went out of his way to help me and my family get out of a horrid contract with another carrier, and not only was he able to get us a buyout of our contract with another carrier, he was also able to get us the exact phones and cases we wanted and saved us a lot of money by helping us switch to Verizon! As long as I am able to operate a cell phone I will always have Verizon as my carrier and I highly recommend that anyone and everyone that reads this review and needs phones to call and deal with Mr. Blake. His quality of service is impeccable. Love the experience and how professional the company is. Have a blessed day!
