I am 33 years old and never owned a smart phone. Until last night. Believe you me, I have walked out of PLENTY of Verizon stores over the years in frustration of salespeople admonishing my choices in cellular devices. I do not come to a store to be judged. I just need assistance with my technology. Well, Robert did an excellent job of just laying out the facts for me as far as what my options were with any device I selected and did not try to push anything on me. It helped that they were not crowed that night, I'm sure. But overall I felt very well served as a customer and will choose this store for my Verizon needs in the future.

They did not acknowledge me when I walked in. There were two men working, helping two other people, but didn't even bother to say hi, or let me know they would be helping me. They let me sit there for 15 minutes before saying, "we'll be right with you", I said okay, and then waited another 15 minutes without another word spoken to me before walking out. I went to the Verizon on old fort and was immediately greeted at the door. They are helpful and make you feel like a valued customer. Much better experience.

After realizing the trade in credit had not been applied to my account I attempted to call the store only to find out the phone number listed no longer worked. I called Verizon Wireless directly and they attempted to contact the store with the same problem. After attempting to email Cellular Sales and still getting no response Verizon attempted to track my device that i traded in only to find out it was never sent back to them. After almost an hour of both myself and Verizon wireless attempting to contact this retailer, Verizon decided to handle the problem themselves and took care of the issue. I will never deal with these folks again. Shady sales pitch and no follow up customer service.
